Welcome to Ironotes (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Ironotes. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the App

• Ironotes is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

• You are responsible for maintaining your device and backups (via iCloud or local storage).

3. PRO Access, Subscriptions, and Donations (In-App Purchases)

Ironotes is free to use. Core functionality is available without payment.

PRO Access

Ironotes offers PRO access through the following in-app purchase options:

• PRO Monthly (auto-renewing subscription)

• PRO Yearly (auto-renewing subscription)

• PRO Forever (not available anymore)

PRO features and entitlements are unlocked for the duration of the active subscription or permanently for PRO Forever users.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment is charged to the user’s Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The user’s account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their App Store account settings.
Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

Donations

Optional donations may be made only by users who hold PRO Forever.
Donations are not required to use the app or to access PRO features.

Donations are processed as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and are intended solely to support ongoing development.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Billing & Processing

All in-app purchases, subscriptions, and donations are processed by Apple via the App Store.
Subscription status and entitlements are managed technically using RevenueCat.

4. Data Storage

• Your workouts and sessions are stored securely on Apple iCloud, if enabled in iOS settings.

• You may opt out of iCloud and store all data locally on your device.

• We do not access your workout or session data.

5. Third-Party Services

Ironotes integrates the following third-party services:

• Firebase – collects anonymized analytics and crash reports.

• RevenueCat – processes in-app purchases (donations).

Use of these services is subject to their own privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ironotes and its content are owned by us or our licensors.

• You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without permission.

7. Health Disclaimer

Ironotes is a workout logging tool only.

• It does not provide medical advice.

• Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program.

• We are not responsible for injuries or health issues related to app use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including data loss).

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for in-app donations in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the App or violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted in the App and/or on our website. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved in Lithuanian courts unless otherwise required by law.
